Diabetic Education Classes are held in both English and Spanish. We believe the more you know about your health, the more proactive you can be about your lifestyle. Please contact your Primary Care Physician.

A Healthy Lifestyle Program is available to both men and women. Through this Program, we offer a weight management class educating you on how to lose weight with eating the right food, what causes being over weight, the impact on your well-being and the difference between dieting and eating healthy.
We offer our senior members programs, which focus on keeping them healthy, such as on COPD, DHF, Dementia, Hypertension, Fall Prevention, in addition to daily case management support. Please talk to your Primary Care Physician and ask about any one of these programs, or call our Health and Wellness Center directly at 760.242.WELL (9355).
At the Women's Health Center, patients can receive medical services and participate in healthy educational programs. Just a few of the services offered through this state of the art clinic are:

- Gardasil Injections
- Bone Density Screening
- Healthy Lifestyle Program (Weight management and nutrition)
